Associate
Michael A. Yee's practice focuses on bankruptcy, secured transactions and collection practices.
Mr. Yee received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005 and his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law in 2008. While at McGeorge, he was on the Dean's Honor List and was a recipient of a Witken Award.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Yee was a research assistant in the law and motion department at Sacramento Superior Court. After his clerkship at Hefner, Stark & Marois, LLP, he became an associate in 2008.
Mr. Yee is licensed to practice in State and Federal District Courts in California. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Section of the Sacramento County Bar.
