Over the past several years, Mr. Stone has represented a wide spectrum of clients in a variety of matters, including real estate transactions involving properties in excess of $100 million; complex business and shareholder disputes with significant damage claims; several lawsuits concerning commercial construction projects and bonding claims; and extensive consultations concerning employment related issues. Using this experience from a wide variety of matters, Mr. Stone has served as a Pro Tem Settlement Judge, as a court-appointed arbitrator and as a mediator (both privately and under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association) for several years. In those capacities, he has assisted many attorneys and their clients in resolving all types of real estate, business and construction related disputes. |
