Kirk Giberson’s practice involves complex business and civil litigation. Mr. Giberson has counseled individuals and companies in a broad range of matters including breach of contract and building contract cases, commercial lease disputes, mechanics liens, landlord-tenant law and related issues.
Mr. Giberson graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary’s College of California . He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Davis in 1986. Mr. Giberson has been practicing law at Hefner, Stark & Marois, LLP since 1989. He became a partner of the firm in 1993.
Using his experience from a wide variety of matters, Mr. Giberson has successfully handled the litigation and resolution of numerous business and real estate disputes both large and small.
Mr. Giberson is Past President of the Active 20-30 Club of Sacramento No. 1.
