Associate
Aaron A. Avery’s practice focuses on the representation of bankruptcy trustees and general civil litigation.
Mr. Avery received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Cum Laude, from Santa Clara University in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law in 2006, where he was awarded Order of the Coif, became a member of the Traynor Honor Society, and was a member of the School’s moot court team.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Avery was a Faculty Research Assistant at McGeorge School of law. After his clerkship at Hefner, Stark & Marois, LLP, he became an associate in 2006.
Mr. Avery is licensed to practice in State and Federal District Courts in California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Appellate, Bankruptcy and Business Sections of the Sacramento County Bar.
