Of Counsel
David F. Anderson practices primarily in the area of business and commercial litigation in the course of which he regularly appears in bankruptcy and state courts. His practice also includes workout arrangements and restructuring as well as real estate and lender transactions.
Mr. Anderson has represented a variety of clients including banks, farm credit lenders, insurance companies, other business entities, bankruptcy trustees and attorneys.
He graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in economics and later obtained his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He also attended the University of Madrid.
Mr. Anderson has been a presenter at continuing education programs and has spoken to interest groups on bankruptcy topics.
Mr. Anderson is a former chair of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association and a former member of the Debtor/Creditor Relations and Bankruptcy Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar Association. He is also a former member of the Advisory Committee to the chief clerkâs office of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California. He continues to serve as a judge pro tempore for Sacramento County Superior Court.
